Our 100% Ironclad Guarantee
We stand behind RollAndRemove completely. If you don't see visibly cleaner, hair-free surfaces within 7 days of using your RollAndRemove brush, contact us and we'll refund your full purchase price — and double it as an apology for wasting your time.
How the guarantee works:
- Use your RollAndRemove brush as directed for 7 days from the delivery date.
- If you're not satisfied with the results, email support@rollandremove.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number.
- Once approved, we'll refund 100% of your purchase price plus match that amount again (200% total refund). No need to return the product.
Standard returns
If you'd simply like to return an unused, unopened item for any reason, you may do so within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Contact support@rollandremove.com to arrange your return, and we'll provide instructions.
Refund processing
Once your return or guarantee claim is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email support@rollandremove.com with your order number and a photo of the item within 48 hours of delivery, and we'll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
